Recipe:
High Protein Flour 400g
Yeast 5.32g
Salt 6.65g
Brown Sugar 33.25g
Butter 33.25g
Water 106.4g
Milk 99.75g
Condensed Milk 66.5g
- Mix all ingredients together until it form a soft dough and let it to rise.
- When the dough rise to double it's original size, knead and fold the dough.
- Put the dough into the bread tin and let it rise again.
- When the dough has risen put it into the oven at 160 degree Celsius for 30 min.
