Homemade Kimchi
Ingredients :
1) Nappa cabbage 1.3kg
2) Salt
3) Carrot 2 pieces
4) Spring onion 100g OR Green dragon 100g
5) Leek (optional)
6) Daikon (optional)
Paste :
1) Brown sugar 30g
2) Glutinous rice flour 50g
3) Water 450ml
4) Chilli powder 100g
5) Ginger 1 medium size
6) Onion 1 piece
7) Garlic 22 cloves
8) Soy sauce 100g
Note: Nappa cabbage <= 1.5kg

Glutinous Rice Kuih with Black Sesame Filling (糯米糕-黑芝麻馅)
Ingredients :
1) Glutinous rice flour
2) Grinded black sesame
3) Brown sugar
Steps :
1) Add hot water to glutinous rice flour, small amount at a time to form a pliable dough.
2) Divided dough into small pieces, roll flat and wrap the sesame+brown sugar filling
3) Pan fry until golden brown.
