Ingredients :
1) 6 pieces of Shiitake Mushrooms + 3 Eggs
2) Kerisik 
3) Lime Leaves + Turmeric Leaves (For Garnishing)
4) Coconut Milk

Chilli Paste :
1) 8 to 10 Fresh Chillis (or Dry Chillis)
2) Shallots
3) Garlic
4) Onion
5) Turmeric
6) Galangal
7) Ginger
8) Serai
