Home-made Sandwich Bread

Recipe:

High Protein Flour 400g

Yeast 5.32g

Salt 6.65g

Brown Sugar 33.25g

Butter 33.25g

Water 106.4g

Milk 99.75g

Condensed Milk 66.5g

  1. Mix all ingredients together until it form a soft dough and let it to rise.
  2. When the dough rise to double it's original size, knead and fold the dough.
  3. Put the dough into the bread tin and let it rise again.
  4. When the dough has risen put it into the oven at 160 degree Celsius for 30 min.
